HELPLINE FOR SWISS CITIZENS IN THE UK, DUE TO “STAY AT HOME” POLICY DIRECTED BY THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT
With support from the Swiss Embassy London, the Swiss Benevolent Society has reopened our Telephone Helpline for Swiss citizens in the UK.

Monday – Friday 11am – 3pm
Who is the helpline for?
Swiss citizens lacking support or feeling isolated, anxious or lonely should call the helpline on Monday – Friday between 11am and 3pm for a confidential and friendly chat with one of our volunteers. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org – we are here to help.
For Swiss citizens with acute physical, mobility, financial and mental health issues who need the assistance of a welfare officer, please contact Petra on 077 522 873 49 on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Emergency short term financial support
We are expecting some callers who are extremely vulnerable and in need of urgent financial support. The Swiss Benevolent Society have set-up a Corona sub-committee to receive and review applications and authenticate your status with the Swiss Embassy as a Swiss citizen.
