Join us for an afternoon of digital wellbeing, mindfulness and meaningful community connection.

Disconnect to Reconnect is a welcoming community wellbeing event designed to help you pause, reflect and reconnect — with yourself, others, and your relationship with technology.

Hosted by the Swiss Benevolent Society UK in collaboration with The Digital Detox Club, this relaxed afternoon combines a wellbeing workshop, a guided mindfulness session, community conversation, refreshments, and an optional mindful walk to Lincoln’s Inn Fields.

This event explores practical ways to develop healthier digital habits, improve focus, reduce mental fatigue, and create a more balanced relationship with the digital world. Whether you’re looking to reduce screen time, meet new people, or simply enjoy a mindful afternoon, you’ll leave with practical tools and fresh perspectives to support your wellbeing.

  • A 45-minute Digital Wellbeing Masterclass led by Nicola MacDonald from The Digital Detox Club
  • A guided mindfulness session and opportunity for questions
  • Tea, coffee and light refreshments
  • Time for relaxed conversation and community connection
  • An optional mindful walk to Lincoln’s Inn Fields (weather permitting)
