Moral support and guidance to help you steer through issues that may arise and to build your confidence when facing unknown situations that can feel overwhelming and challenging.

Some of the many situations where you or someone you know may benefit from advice or support:

  • Mrs. W’s husband has mental health issues and although her husband receives the support he needs, Mrs. W finds dealing with the situation quite challenging at times.
  • Mrs. L is a single mother and doing well raising her children. Occasionally she would like to ask some advice on a specific situation and talk to someone she can trust.
  • Ms. D has relationship issues with a member of her family and sometimes feels she cannot cope with it.
