ABOUT OUR PARTNERS

My Resilient Mind
This event is run in collaboration with My Resilient Mind.

My Resilient Mind helps everyday adults reclaim their time, focus, and energy by shifting from mindless scrolling to intentional, conscious technology use. They empower individuals to quiet digital noise, build mental fitness, and cultivate a grounded, present life—without disconnecting from the modern world.

Core Focus: Mindful Technology & Everyday Resilience

  • From Autopilot to Intention: Breaking automatic dopamine loops and reflex phone-checking, replacing mindless scrolling with sustainable, science-backed habit design.
  • Reclaiming Presence & Focus: Practical micro-mindfulness tools and 60-second nervous system resets to lower mental fatigue, cut through brain fog, and restore deep presence throughout the day.
  • Strengthening Real-World Connections: Setting healthy, realistic digital boundaries that protect personal time, improve sleep quality, and foster distraction-free relationships with family and friends.
  • Boosting Mental Fitness: Developing the self-awareness and emotional resilience needed to manage daily stress, anxiety, and the constant friction of an “always-on” culture.
